Thread is honored to serve as faculty for the Catalogue of Philanthropy’s organizational capacity-building program – The Learning Commons. The Catalogue for Philanthropy increases the visibility and resources of roughly 370 of the Washington, DC Region’s best community-based nonprofits. In addition to connecting members with new supporters, the Catalogue also seeks to help them to become stronger, better organizations in order to raise their impact to new levels. As faculty, the Thread team assists by delivering part of the Learning Commons curriculum, which is available exclusively and free of charge to Catalogue nonprofits.

Nonprofit Learning Lab
We are delighted to serve as trainers with the Nonprofit Learning Lab, a national nonprofit that connects, supports and develops individuals seeking to lead the nonprofit sector. Through courses, training, and conferences the Nonprofit Learning Lab works with individuals to sharpen their skills in fundraising, board development, organizational leadership and capacity building.
